Pleas Heard At Superior Court

Superior Criminal Court ended Thursday in Transylvania County with a jury finding Chloe Eliz Chamberlain guilty of one felony count of probation violation.

She was sentenced to 90 days in the N.C. Department of Corrections, with her probation terminated at the end of her sentence.

In addition, Kelly Reid Knye pleaded guilty to felony possession of methamphetamine.

She received a suspended sentence of six to 17 months and 18 months on probation.

Johnathon McKinney pleaded guilty to two felony counts of misdemeanor assault on a female and one misdemeanor count of simple affray.

He received a suspended sentence of 75 days, with 18 months on supervised probation.

Wayne Edwin Pittman admitted to one felony count of probation violation and was sentenced to 17 months in the department of corrections.

Scott Allen Hildebrand pleaded guilty to one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one felony count of habitual felon.

He was sentenced to 30 to 48 months in the department of corrections.

Jennifer Langley pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen goods. She was received a suspended sentence of 45 days and 12 months on probation.
