She has been playing the cello all over the world since the age of 12, taking top prizes and critical raves in major competitions. The Washington Post calls her “prodigiously talented” and points to the emotion with which she plays by calling her, “...more of a jeweler than an architect.” Just last week, she walked away with the grand prize in the prestigious KBS-Kepco International Music Competition in Korea.

And now, Sang-Eun Lee will perform with the Brevard Philharmonic on Sunday, Nov. 12, at 3 p.m. at the Porter Center at Brevard College.
