Brevard Police Department Issues Notice To Claim Items-Brevard NC

The Brevard Police Department (BPD) is publishing notice to all persons, who may have or claim any interest to make or establish a claim of interest, not later than 30 days from the date of this publication, Dec. 11, 2017.

This property has been in the possession of the BPD for more than 180 days, which is unclaimed, found or which no owner was located, and will be sold, disposed of or (bicycles) donated.

The properties includes: 1) bicycles: children’s, mountain bikes and road bikes; 2) electronics/accessories: cell phones, cell phone cases, computers, Ipod, Ipod cover; 3) tools/accessories: weed eaters, chain saw, back pack blower 4) luggage: purses, wallets, cases, briefcase; 5) personal items: clothing, keys, jewelry, knives, IDs, cards, checks, DVDS.

If you believe you have claim to any such items, you must fill out a claim request with detailed information about your items at the BPD, which is located at 111 W. Jordan St., Brevard. You must provide proof ownership.
