Bowhunters Take Aim At Helping Children

The N.C. Bowhunters Association (NCBA) has started a new outreach program started by NCBA member Crystal Hughes.

The Wrapping Reindeer Project was initiated to provide Christmas gifts to children in school systems who may not be fortunate to receive any. NCBA has a long history of youth programs, introducing children to archery and recognizing their accomplishments in bow hunting across the state. This program reaches beyond the sport of bowhunting and helps others who are less fortunate. Hughes and NCBA members raised more than $5,000 plus a generous donation of shoes for this first y...
