The Transylvania County Schools Educational Foundation (TCSEF) has announced its 2018 grant recipients. The TCSEF grant committee reviewed and researched 47 applications received from TCS teachers and staff. The committee evaluated applications received from all nine Transylvania County Schools, and after review, the committee was able to award 32 grants, totaling $18,000.
