Rosman Beats Andrews In Thomas' Return Home - Rosman, NC

Samuel Chappell had a big night for the Tigers, including a 3-pointer in the fourth quarter.

Playing in his first home game in more than a month after injuring his knee, Rosman senior Deland Thomas knocked off some early rust before returning to his true form as the reigning Smoky Mountain Conference Player of the Year.

From draining 3-pointers, to driving and finishing in the lane, to reeling in rebounds, Thomas looked like he hadn't missed a beat as he led Rosman to a 65-57 victory over Andrews Tuesday night.

It was the Tigers' third straight win and one that put them right back in the SMC race.
