Revise Inspection Exemption Law

On today’s front page readers will find a story regarding state House Bill 774, which was passed into law in 2013. The law provides that any “primitive camp” structure less than 4,000 square feet, “farm building,” “greenhouse,” and “primitive farm building” are exempt from being inspected and permitted by local government.
