Tornados Stay Perfect At Home With Win Over Methodist

Brevard College's Raheem Brown gets a shove from a Methodist defender in the first half of Saturday's home match. Brown finished the game collecting three ground balls as the Tornados won 10-6 and improved to 4-0 at home this season.

Junior Kyle Hunziker scored three goals and added three assists, totaling six points, to lead Brevard College to a 10-6 victory over Methodist on Saturday afternoon at Ives-Lemel Field.

The victory keeps the Tornados perfect at home (4-0) as they improve to 4-2 overall.

Joining Hunziker with multiple goals in the contest were Hewitt Farr and Jackson McKaig, who tallied two each.

Defensively, the Tornados got a solid outing from Xzavier Holmes-Copeland, who finished with 21 saves, Robert Kokal (10 groundballs) and Farr (five groundballs).
