Blue Devil Boys' Tennis Team Breezes Into Second Round

Top singles player Liam Baer took care of business for Brevard in last Wednesday's first round game against Owen, defeating his opponent 6-1, 6-0.

Despite going up against an undefeated opponent in last Wednesday's first round playoff match, the Brevard Blue Devils continued their dominant run this season, dispatching the Owen Warhorses, 5-1.

Both sides entered the match with 11-0 records, but Brevard left little room for doubt as to which side was better.

Cullen Duval got things started for Brevard, breezing through his No. 4 singles match in barely half an hour to win 6-0, 6-1.

Liam Baer followed suit with a 6-1, 6-0 victory in his match at the top singles spot.
