County Commissioners Mismanage The County's Funds

May 10, 2018

I believe that Jack Zerby is right about the micro-managing of the schools’ funding for repairs as they were needed. They have not maintained the school as necessary. It has always been postponed.

Now it’s being put to a bond vote for $68 million, and I agree it will be voted down by the public.

If the new courthouse were to be put on a bond and voted on by the public, it for sure would have been voted down, and the commissioners know it. That is why the commissioners have gone behind our backs and are going to get a loan for it. That is also why these commissioners did this without the public’s input.

In two years we will all be scratching our heads, wondering how we got into such tax debt and destroyed our downtown businesses.
