WNC Vietnam Veterans Have A Wall Of Their Own

On Tuesday, Aug. 28, a large crane exited the gates of the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, its mission accomplished. The long-awaited Vietnam Veterans Memorial had been placed and veterans were busy wiping off the morning dew and polishing the memorial to their western North Carolina comrades who died in Vietnam.
