Council Approves Depot Project - Brevard NC

In a four to one vote Monday, Brevard City Council approved a $530,000 plan to reconstruct the city's old train depot on Railroad Avenue near the intersection with Burrell Avenue.

As previously reported, City Manager Jim Fatland presented the construction budget last week during the city's Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee meeting.

At that meeting, Councilman Gary Daniel wanted the matter discussed by the full council first before approval.
