Blessing Of The Animals To Be Held At St. Philip's

St. Philip's Episcopal Church will celebrate the Feast of St. Francis by hosting a Blessing of the Animals service at 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 7. The community is invited to come and bring their pets to the Blessing in the church's backyard (or in the downstairs YAC, if raining).

Two, four and eight-footed animals are welcome, and slithery, feathered or fishy types, as well. Bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier or cage (pictures are fine if your pet can't make it), and invite your friends to come with their pets.
