Rosman Hears Bond Plans - Rosman NC

A large crowd attended the Board of Education meeting held at Rosman High to hear a presentation similar to the one last week at Brevard High on the proposed school bond.

Once again, Board Chair Tawny McCoy reviewed why the bond is needed.

“An investment in the school system is an investment in Transylvania County,” said McCoy. “This is an investment in our future.”

McCoy said the school board chose to focus on the Brevard High and Rosman High/Middle campuses first because those campuses have the greatest capital needs and eventually will serve most of the students in the county....
