Forum To Be Held On Train Depot - Brevard NC

On Monday, Brevard City Council voted unanimously to hold a public forum for citizens to discuss the proposed railroad depot project. A date for the forum has not been set, as of going to press.

Though City Council approved last month the $530,000 plan to construct a re-creation of the city's old train depot on Railroad Avenue, there were comments against the project.

Councilman Gary Daniel, who voted against the project in September, saying he wanted more discussion on it, made the motion Monday for the council to hold a forum for citizens "to provide input on the railroad depot project,...
