Tyler Orschel Wins Mountain Bike Omnium Championship

Brevard College Cycling student-athlete Tyler Orschel has won the 2018 Southeastern Collegiate Cycling Conference Men's A Individual Mountain Bike Omnium Championship.

Orschel clinched the Omnium championship after winning both the Men's A Cross Country and Short Track races at this past weekend's SECCC Championship in Auburn, Ala.

The Individual Omnium Mountain Bike SECCC Championship is awarded to the cyclist who accumulates the most total points across all events throughout the entire Fall Mountain Biking season.
