Tigers' Home Game Against Murphy Moved To Thursday

The bye week for the Rosman Tigers couldn’t have come at a better time.

After suffering one of their worst losses of the season two weeks ago against Swain County, the Tigers got a chance to rest up and reset before hosting the Murphy Bulldogs.

Murphy (7-1) is undefeated in the Smoky Mountain Conference and is clearly the team to beat.

They haven’t lost since their season opener against Pisgah and are outscoring teams by an average of 26 points.

Last week, Murphy head coach David Gentry earned his 400th career win as the Bulldogs routed Swain County 49-7.
