Costume Mistress Brings 'Nutcracker' Magic To Life - Brevard NC

It sometimes keeps Elizabeth Jennings awake at night thinking about how to create the perfect costume for a new dance. She can't help but get inspired by pictures she sees of garments that would suit an upcoming ballet. You could say she's a little obsessed with outfitting the dancers of Brevard Ballet.

It all started innocently enough four years ago when she accepted ballet director Angie Wells' invitation to attend a free one-evening workshop on costume making with Wells' old friend, Chris Takashima.
