Biologist Talks About Ecology, Forest Revision Plan - Brevard NC

Josh Kelly, public lands biologist for MountainTrue, a regional environmental nonprofit, talked about the ongoing Pisgah-Nantahala management plan revision process during the Transylvania Natural Resources Council’s recent meeting

Kelly said this eco-region, which stretches from north Georgia to Roanoke, Va., is one of the most ecologically diverse temperate rain forests in the world.
