Bearcats' Pressure Wears Down Blue Devils In Home Loss

For the first eight minutes Friday night, the Brevard Blue Devils stood toe-to-toe with the conference-leading Hendersonville Bearcats.

Unfortunately, the visitors' high-pressure defense forced a number of Blue Devil turnovers and Hendersonville pulled away down the stretch, winning by a final of 69-58.

It was a scrappy affair most of the night, with Hendersonville utilizing a full-court press and half-court trap on defense.
