Lunch at Rosman High School has just finished and students are milling around the fabrication classroom. One young woman is asking a friend about the position of the antlers on a metal sculpture of a deer skull she has designed and created. A couple of students trickle in from helping one of the CTE (Career and Technical Education) teachers deliver signs they have designed, created and built to Burlingame. One young man is studying the welding project tests that line the classroom, assignments that when complete represent the entire community college welding certification course. Outsid...
