Timely Test Reporting

Some governmental laws, regulations and processes are befuddling, illogical and counterproductive. Several of them came to light during the Transylvania County Board of Education meeting Monday evening.

The state requires that students who achieve a Level 5 score on an end-of-course (EOC) math test be promoted to the highest level math course the following year.
