Autopsy: Pisgah Inn Employee Strangled

Sara Ellis, The Pisgah Inn employee who was found deceased in June 2018, died from “strangulation by asphyxia in the manner of homicide,” according to an autopsy report from the N.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

The autopsy report included a description of “multiple blunt force injuries of the head, chest and extremities.”
