Lézard Brevard features the work of local artists and other eclectic items

Back in 1987, Tim and Mary Murray bought the white farmhouse, which sits east of the Greenville Highway facing pastoral fields and a western mountain vista. They turned the home into an airy and light studio and gallery for Mary's pottery and Tim's paintings and sculpture, as well as the works of other local artists. The Murrays painted the shutters and front door a deep forest green to match the name of the shop, Mountain Forest Studio.

This spring, after 42 years of selling pottery locally and following the death of Tim over four years ago, Mary sold the building...
