New Car Wash And Cook Out Coming, ALDI Still Planned

There are future plans to demolish the old Sagebrush Steakhouse on the Asheville Highway and to build a W4 car wash in its place.

According to Paul Ray, the city’s senior code enforcement officer, the $2.5 million W4 carwash will be 4,375 square feet and will have 24 vacuum stations.
