City of Asheville Proposed Action Plan for CDBG and HOME Funds The City of Asheville has prepared a draft of the Housing and Community Development Annual Action Plan for 2019-2020 for public comment: The Annual Action Plan for 2019-20 sets out how the City of Asheville and the Asheville Regional Housing Consortium propose to use an estimated $2,367,498 in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership funds in the year beginning July 1, 2019.
