City Council Approves Its 2020 Budget

Brevard City Council unanimously approved a $24.3 million budget for the 2020 fiscal year Monday, including no property tax increase, a 4 percent increase in water and sewer fees and $530,000 in funding for the Railroad Depot project.

Tom Whitlock, the city’s deputy finance director, presented the budget, with adjustments discussed in the June 3 budget workshop.
