Rep. Henson Resigns After Pleading Guilty To Cyberstalking – Transylvania County, NC

N.C. Rep. Cody Henson said he will resign after he was placed on supervised probation for 18 months after pleading guilty in Transylvania Criminal District Court on Tuesday to one misdemeanor count of cyberstalking, involving his estranged wife, Kelsey.
