Otis Edmond Morgan

Otis Edmond Morgan, 82, of Rosman, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Oct. 7, 2019, after a long battle with Parkinson’s.

He was a loving, caring and beloved husband, father and friend, and will be greatly missed.

He was the son of the late Jesse Roland Morgan and Suphronia Chapman Morgan.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby and Viola; and five brothers, Buren, Dever, Dennis, Burlin and Willard.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Deborah; sons, Jesse (Lacey), Blane, Shannon and Travis; daughters, Julie and Carla; stepson, Jason (Kathleen); one brother, McArthur (Audrey); two sisters, Athalee and Ophelia; numerous nieces and nephews, and grand-children and great-grand- children.

There will be a private ceremony and burial at Old Toxaway Baptist Church cemetery, with Rev. Randy Stamey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014.
