Panthers Strike Twice Late To Hold Off Blue Devils 5-3

The was no lack of fight in the Brevard Blue Devils Monday night, but unfortunately, a pair of late goals doomed the home side as Brevard fell 5-3 to Franklin.

The two sides went back and forth all night, with Brevard taking a 1-0 lead before the Panthers equalized. Franklin led the remainder of the match, but Brevard hung tough, managing to claw back each time and tie things up.

However, the Panthers scored twice in just over two minutes down the stretch in the second half to score the win.
