Jerry Lee Knight, 48, of Clemmons, N.C. and formerly of Brevard, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, surrounded by family and friends, following an heroic over six year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease).

Born Aug. 31, 1971, in Homestead, Fla., he always enjoyed building things with his hands, and was a gifted woodworker who spent 25 years as a skilled master carpenter for Clemmons Hardwoods.

His hobbies included fishing and drag racing.
