UWTC's Demise Forcing Funding Changes – Transylvania County, NC

The imminent dissolution of United Way of Transylvania County (UWTC) on Jan. 31 foretells a need for a changing model for fundraising nonprofits, while leaving a gap to fill for local 15 programs that were recipients of its funding.
