Dodson Caps Off Career In Blue-Grey Game

Last Monday, Brevard High senior standout Luke Dodson traveled to Atlanta, Ga., to participate in the annual Blue-Grey All-American Game. Dodson played linebacker on the Grey team, which came out on top 27-20. Dodson was in Atlanta all week for practices, team meetings, jersey presentations, media sessions and a dinner banquet. Over the weekend, the Brevard Blue Devil and Rosman Tiger wrestling teams traveled to T.C. Roberson to compete in the Ram Duals tournament on Saturday.

The tournament featured several teams coming together for a day of action.

The Blue Devils went 2-2 on the day – defeating A.C. Reynolds (48-21) and Bessemer City (54-10), while losing a close contest to T.C. Roberson (42-38) and falling to the North Henderson 48-33.

Last Thursday, Brevard held a home tri-match where they defeated Hendersonville 50-27 and lost to Pisgah, 51-12.
