For the month of February, the Pisgah Forest Rotary Club’s speaker chair is Salley Stepp. The Rotary International theme for the month is peace and conflict prevention/resolution.

The speaker on Feb. 19 will be Tanya Blackford, regional director of Crossnore School and Children’s Home. Crossnore is a residential foster care program that provides on-site medical care, trauma-based clinical services and a wide variety of extra-curricular and enrichment activities for children in foster care to live, learn and prosper.

The public is always welcome to attend the breakfast meetings, listen to the guest speakers, and share a buffet breakfast at the Pisgah Fish Camp every Wednesday at 8 a.m.
