Plan Suggests Recreation Alternatives – Pisgah National Forest

The U.S. Forest Service is asking for input on how recreation is managed on Forest Service land, with the newly released Pisgah – Nantahala Forest Service Plan Revision.

The draft plan includes four recreation alternatives (see below), which vary greatly. And unlike previous plan revisions, the Forest Service does not have a preferred action alternative and instead would like the public to determine the most desirable choice.
