Most people can force weight off their bodies using willpower and some type of radically restrictive diet. However, is that what we want? Do we want to be a size 2 or just be healthy and happy? I choose the latter, so I'm sharing here my top five long-term health and (dare I say) weight-loss tips.

1.Eat real food. The U.S. food industry deliberately creates addictive foods to find the "bliss point" to drive sales, which makes quitting processed food items even harder.
