DAR Is Not Alone

It was heartwarming to read the feature story about the DAR making and distributing COVID-19 masks, but they are not the only ones.
The Connestee Quilters sewed over 200 masks for the Department of Health and five women at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church have made close to 400 so far (and still stitching away). They started with 100 for their own members but have since started providing masks by the hundreds to Sharing House to put in the bags of food and other supplies going to those in need during this crisis. They all deserve a hardy thanks.
