Retail Reopens Gradually In Phase One -Brevard NC

As a part of Gov. Roy Cooper's Executive Order 138, which eases restrictions on travel, business operations and mass gatherings, small, privately owned retail businesses were allowed to open in North Carolina at 5 p.m., Friday, after having been closed since late March.

Most businesses in the Heart of Brevard district chose to wait until Saturday to open.

The three-phased plan to reopen society will take place in two-to-four week periods of time.
