No one can deny that 2020 has not been a year of challenges so far. Rivers, like time, are always moving forward, always changing.
We as recreation users must adapt to changes and challenges where it is natural or manmade. One of the most positive things I have seen this spring was the many folks getting outside and spending time on the French Broad.
