It has now been four months since Gov. Roy Cooper issued stay-at-home orders to slow the spread of COVID-19. In the first few months there were very few cases locally and nearly all residents abided by the governor’s stay-at-home orders. Not only were we isolated in our homes, but our county also was fairly isolated.
