Korean War Veteran Receives Quilt Of Valor

Monday, July 27, marked the 67th anniversary of the Korean War Armistice agreement, which ended hostilities, though the war has never officially ended.
That day also marked a long-awaited moment for Korean War veteran Charles Holden, a Transylvania County native.
Holden was presented with a Quilt of Valor in a ceremony at the Courthouse Gazebo.
