The E.D. Owen Decoration and Reunion scheduled for Aug. 9 has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 virus and the safety of everyone. If anyone would like to make a donation to the E.D. Owen Cemetery Fund make checks out to Patricia Galloway, 575 Paul McCoy Road, Lake Toxaway, N.C. 28747.
