ALDI Permit Resubmitted – Brevard, NC

A developer for the ALDI grocery store chain has submitted new permits for construction on the former Mr. Pete's Market site on the Asheville Highway in Brevard.
The ALDI grocery store has a projected cost of $2,500,000, with a proposed square footage of 19,209 to be built on the 3.11-acre site, along with 95 parking spaces and four handicapped spaces.
