Carolyn Dale Collier, 60, of Brevard, died Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at Mission Hospital.

A native of Broward County, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Joe Carter Collier Jr. and Sandra Travis Collier.

She trained and performed with The American Ballet Theatre and The Joffrey Ballet. She was a graduate of Florida State University, where she was the principal dancer in productions, including “Swan Lake” and “Giselle.” She was a professional ballet instructor in Tampa, Fla., and a former teacher specializing in early childhood development.
