Loretta Levonne (Nicholson) Sisk, 97, of Fredericksburg, Va., passed away July 7, 2020.

She was born March 28, 1923, to the late Lee and Ethal Nicholson, of Rosman. In addition to her parents, her husband, Ira A. Sisk (1979), and her daughter, Lois A. West (2017), predeceased her.

Her loved ones knew her as “Memaw,” “Nannyma” and “Chickywomp.” She cared for so many, yet asked so little for her. Another star is shining in the northern sky, just for her.
