The Transylvania County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests.

•Jonathan Ryan Owen, 36, was arrested for one count of possession of a schedule two narcotic on Aug. 19. He was placed in the county detention center under a $25,000 bond.

•Ryan Michael Taylor, 36, was arrested for one fugitive count on Aug 18. He was placed in the county detention center under a $20,000 bond.

•Cole Iceman Lee, 35, was arrested for one count of breaking and entering to terrorize on Aug. 13. He was placed in the county detention center under an $8,000 bond.

•Joshua Adam Gillespie, 35, was arrested for one count of failure to appear on Aug 3. He was placed in the county detention center under a $1,000 bond.

•Keli L’Shea Frisbee, 35, was arrested for possession of controlled substance in the jail on Aug. 2. She was given an $8,000 bond.

•Carl Buchanan Andrews Jr., 31, was arrested for one count of possession of a schedule two controlled substance on Aug. 2. He was placed in the county detention center under a $10,000 bond.

•Carroll Thomas Shane Fisher, 40, was arrested for one count of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule two controlled substance, one count of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule six controlled substance and one count of possession of a schedule two controlled substance on Aug. 2. She was placed in the county detention center under a $25,000 bond.

•Michael Chad Gardner, 33, was arrested for one count of sex offender registration violation on July 17. He was placed in the county detention center under a $10,000 bond.

•Dixie Mae Bailey, 19, was arrested for motor vehicle theft on July 16. She was placed in the county detention center under a $5,000 bond.

•Brandy Louise Lyles, 43, was arrested for one count of maintaining a place for drugs and one count of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute on July 15. She was placed in the county detention center under a $10,000 bond.

•Gary Lynn Abbott, 75, was arrested for one count of breaking and entering and one count of larceny after breaking and entering on July 14. He was placed in the county detention center under a $10,000 bond.

Reports

There was a report of motor vehicle theft on Cathey’s Creek Road in Brevard on Aug. 19. The victim reported a Chevy S10 was stolen.

There was a report of larceny on Deavor Road in Pisgah Forest on Aug. 8. The victim reported a three ton heat pump was stolen from the residence.

There was a report of credit card/ATM fraud, obtaining property by false pretense and larceny on Ecusta Road in Brevard on Aug. 1.

There was a report of financial transaction card fraud and obtaining proprety by false pretense on Lyons Mountain Road in Brevard on July 31.

There was a report of burglary/breaking and entering on Turnpike Road in Brevard on July 31.

There was a report of intimidating a state witness on Public Safety Way in Brevard on July 22.

There was a report of larceny of a firearm on Public Safety Way in Brevard on July 21.

There was a report of burglary/breaking and entering on Squirrel Ridge in Pisgah Forest on July 21. The victim reported cash, a Samsung tablet and patio furniture stolen from the residence.

There was a report of motor vehicle theft on Silversteen Road in Lake Toxaway on July 19. The victim reported a Kawasaki KLX 230 dirt bike was stolen from the residence.

There was a report of possession of a schedule one, possession of marijuana schedule six and possession of marijuana paraphernalia on U.S. 64 in Rosman on July 19.

There was a report of motor vehicle theft on Whitewater Road in Sapphire on July 17. The victim reported a BMW Z3 stolen from the residence.

There was a report of first degree trespassing and damage to property on Sylvan Byway in Pisgah Forest on July 16.

There was a report of identity theft on Ecusta Road in Pisgah Forest on July 14.
