Borhaug Development Traffic Concerns

During the Aug. 17 public hearing with Brevard City Council, Mr. Borhaug admitted that he has not sought an entrance to his proposed development off of Asheville Highway, instead funneling the construction traffic of the entire proposed complex of 44 duplex homes, four quadriplex homes, four apartment buildings and several commercial buildings onto Deerlake Road.
