Pardee Opens New Clinics – Brevard, NC

Pardee UNC Health Care expanded access to health care in Transylvania County with the opening of three new clinics in Brevard last week. At this new location, Pardee will offer urgent care, physical therapy and orthopedic services staffed by providers with Southeastern Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, a department of Pardee Hospital.
The new clinics are located in the former Rite-Aid building at the corner of N.C. 280 and the New Hendersonville Highway . All clinics began seeing patients on Wednesday, Sept. 16, after a private ribbon cutting ceremony that morning.
Pardee Urgent Care – Brevard will offer adult and pediatric medical care for minor care needs, including digital X-ray services for sprains or simple fractures and wound care, including stitches for minor cuts and gashes. Hours for Pardee Urgent Care – Brevard are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orthopedic doctors, surgeons and a physiatrist with Southeastern Sports Medicine and Orthopedics will staff the orthopedic clinic. This group specializes in adolescent and adult orthopedic and sports medicine. Hours for Southeastern Sports Medicine and Orthopedics are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pardee Physical Therapy – Brevard will offer education and individualized physical therapy to treat neck and back pain, joint pain, stroke or neuromuscular disorders, sports injuries or balance problems. Hours for Pardee Physical Therapy – Brevard are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
