Road Named For Jack Hudson – Brevard, NC

John "Jack" Hudson has been described as a "man who gave back to the community."

Though he passed away in November 2016, his memory lives on in those who loved him, and now through "Jack Hudson Way," the street in-between Zaxby's and the future ALDI (formerly Mr. Pete's Market) off Asheville Highway.

Family members gathered Saturday for an informal ceremony honoring Hudson and to celebrate the street's naming.

In 2019, Brevard City Council voted to name the street in Hudson's honor.
