The Transylvania County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents and felony arrests from Oct. 21 to Nov. 11.

Arrests

•Sarah Ann Robinson, 38, was arrested for one count of financial card transaction, one count of obstructing justice and one count of exploiting a disabled/elder person’s trust on Nov. 3.

She was placed in the county detention center under a $70,000 secured bond.

•Timothy Lee Hernandez, 41, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine on Nov. 3.

He was placed in the county detention center under a $5,000 bond.

•Alan Brett Owen, 38, was arrested for one count of possession of a schedule II narcotic on Oct. 31.

He was placed in the county detention center under a $5,000 bond.

•Issiac Allen Hoebbel, 21, was arrested for two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle on Oct. 28. He was placed in the county detention center under a $7,000 bond.

•Jesse Lonnie Harkins, 30, was arrested for one count of failure to appear and one count of fugitive from justice on Oct. 27.

He was placed in the county detention center under a $10,000 bond as well as a $30,000 bond.

•Kyle Phillip Moody, 32, was arrested for possession of a schedule 1 narcotic on Oct. 26.

He was placed in the county detention center under a $3,055 bond.

Timothy Douglas Poucher, 28, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine on Oct. 23.

He was placed in the detention center under a $6,600 bond.

•Colby Ray Thompson, 22, was arrested for possession of marijuana schedule VI on Oct. 22.

He was placed in the county detention center under a $5,000 bond.

Incidents

There was a report of assault by strangulation on Old Rosman Highway on Oct. 31.

There was a report of larceny on Ross Road in Brevard on Oct. 29. The victim reported $1,000 worth of wood was stolen from the residence.

There was a report of missing persons on Luker Hollow Road in Rosman on Oct. 27. It was later reported in the Transylvania Times that the missing body of the missing person, Martin Anthony Luker, was later recovered from a pond on the property where he was staying.

There was a report of counterfeiting/forgery on Townsend Trail in Brevard on Oct. 26. The victim reported someone forged their signature on a document.
